About us

All started two years ago when two Italian entrepreneurs travelled to Costa Rica. They were spellbound by the beauty of the place and its uncontaminated nature, by the unique fanciful fauna, the wide beaches bordered by palm trees, the warm sea and the discreet hospitality of local inhabitants. They called it “Earth Paradise” and came back several times over one year. Then they decided to look for one area to build up comfortable houses. They wanted to come back and stay in a comfortable king of house with European standards quite different from the houses they could find at that moment.

By chance they found an excellent 17000 square meters plot of land by the sea (150 meters far from one of the most beautiful beaches of the area) on the border with the Gandoca Manzanillo Park.

As the plot of land was too big for only one building, we got the idea of involving other entrepreneurs and create a small private village made of several multi-sized houses, featured by luxury finish and all necessary comforts to have a relaxing, safe and beautiful place resulting from a cost-effective investment.

On the basis of our group’s experience (we have already made many real estate investments in Italy and worldwide) we have developed a very ambitious project to respond to the needs of people who would like to make a real estate investment which could be cost effective, safe and related to a comfortable building with high quality standards and excellent finish.
