Our idea and project goals

As a group, we aimed at creating an exclusive place merging with the local dazzling nature.
The Italian design standard have been combined to the Caribbean style and we have designed new large houses by using biocompatible materials (porous bricks, wood and lime) advanced technologies as well as leading plant engineering in order to guarantee the utmost comfort and wellbeing.

The large houses or villas are surrounded by wide tropical gardens with boundary hedges to provide a higher quality of privacy and all houses are located on fenced property with private paths. On the public road there are the caretaker’s house and one entry barrier for your privacy and safety.
